Traditional mediation methods, often involving legal professionals, can be prohibitively expensive for many individuals. To address this barrier, a robust web application was built using Knack, a no-code platform known for enabling rapid development of custom business applications, to provide an accessible and cost-effective mediation platform.

This platform monitors and moderates user communications, ensuring every message is safe, structured, and civil. Written messages are reviewed manually, and video calls are closely moderated—both adhering to strict communication guidelines.
