High-conflict situations often leave individuals struggling to communicate safely and effectively. The emotional toll and stress of navigating these interactions can feel overwhelming, leaving people vulnerable to misunderstandings and escalation. Recognizing this urgent need, the company Data Engineering designed a custom solution to support individuals in complex situations, such as divorced parents co-parenting a child, where communication is legally required but often challenging.
Traditional mediation methods, often involving legal professionals, can be prohibitively expensive for many individuals. To address this barrier, a robust web application was built using Knack, a no-code platform known for enabling rapid development of custom business applications, to provide an accessible and cost-effective mediation platform.
This platform monitors and moderates user communications, ensuring every message is safe, structured, and civil. Written messages are reviewed manually, and video calls are closely moderated—both adhering to strict communication guidelines.
